The Mandarin Institute has successfully offered this training program for the past 5 years. Our participants have traveled from all over the U.S., Mainland China, Taiwan, the Philippines and Hong Kong. Previous attendees’ feedback included:
"Over the past week, I was really enlightened to learn: 1) I can effectively use the target language to teach my students, even beginners and 2) the more student involvement in the classroom the better; always include student-centered activities for language learning."
--Karen, Elementary School Teacher, 2009 program attendee
“This program has equipped me with tools that will prove invaluable. Perhaps the best thing I can say about this program is that I would not only recommend it to my friends and colleagues, but I hope that I can return in future years to further cultivate my teaching skills.”
--Williams, Teacher, 2010 program attendee
